2025 Approved Drivers List

From time to time, young people under the age of 18 will need to be transported to/from Encounter Baptist Church's Next Gen because their parents/guardians are unable to do it themselves.  

As part of our Safe Church practices, we aim to have those young people transported in a car with at least two adults who aren't married or in a defecto relationship with each other.  When this isn't possible, and only as a backup, we ask parents to provide a list of 'Approved Drivers' whom they consent to transport their child/ren without a second adult.  (In order to be placed on this list, the driver must have a current WWCC with EBC notification and must provide a valid Police Check every two years.)

I/we hereby consent and agree that if required Encounter Baptist Church Inc,  can organise to transport my child/ren to/from a Next Gen event using one of these drivers without a second adult.
